About OBA: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This oil comes from a wonderful setting, bathed by the Guadalquivir River, which is the emblem of our land and known in ancient times as OBA, or the river of GOLD. It is from this privileged area that AIRES DE JAÉN presents to you our very own liquid gold: our organic extra virgin olive oil named OBA in honour of the river.
A production carried out exclusively by means of traditional and ecological processes. The entire extraction process is carried out with care, paying attention to each one of the stages, and respecting the times that we know are needed through the experience gained by many years of traditional working.
